Whipped Coconut Cream

1 (250 ml) container chilled coconut cream
2 tsp vanilla extract

Whip coconut cream in mixer (I used a Kitchen Aid with the wire whip) on high speed until thickened.

Add vanilla extract and beat again on high until thick peaks form.

Serve with organic strawberries.

Absolutely delicious!
