White Chocolate Chips

2 Tbsp melted cacao butter

1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract

Stevia or powdered sugar to taste

Very tiny pinch salt

Optional but recommended: 1/2 tsp dry soy or rice milk powder


Stir together all ingredients. Pour into candy molds or a plastic container, and freeze until it hardens.
